St. Michael’s

Youth Conference

July 19-25th 2026
Our Lady Queen of Peace
Stanton TN

What is the Conference?

The Saint Michael’s Conference, founded in Massachusetts in 1960, is a group of young people and leaders who come together to form an intentional community. Through worship, study, discussion, recreation, and relaxation the community seeks: a clearer vision of God in Jesus Christ, the power to serve Him, and the strength to fight evil. For most, it is such a joyful experience that they return year after year.

St. Michael is a good patron Saint. He symbolizes strong religion, a joyful religion, a religion of service to God and to others. 2026 is the thirty-third year for the St. Michael’s Conference - Midwest, which attracts young people from Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and as far away as Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia and South Carolina.

“The Church is more than a building, denomination, or community, it is a life lived. At St. Michael’s, we strive to cultivate, nurture, and strengthen a lifestyle centered on Christ. It is a place where we equip the youth of today to become the saints of tomorrow!”

-Fr. Director

A unique opportunity for youth.

The St. Michael’s Conference is your opportunity to come to know Jesus Christ more intimately through participation in:

  • Daily Corporate Worship

  • Religious Courses

  • Discussion Groups

  • Fellowship

  • Community Service

  • Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament

It is also an opportunity to build relationships with other young persons committed to Christ. This Conference is part of an ongoing tradition formed in the 1950’s by a group of young people and priests committed to serving Christ and defending the faith. Originating in Massachusetts, the St. Michael’s Conference has grown to include Conferences in Michigan, Texas, California and Tennessee.

The Conference has already borne much fruit in the life of the Church through the lives of those Conference participants who are active in their respective parishes throughout the Anglican Communion.

Our intention is not to do a “new” thing, but to faithfully hand on what has been given to us – the Catholic Faith. Our worship and practice are therefore unapologetically Anglo-Catholic, and our teaching orthodox.

Testimonials

Why do YOU go to St. Mike's? Here is Charles, Paul, and Maggie telling us why they go.

What has St. Mike’s meant to you?

“It set the foundation for the transition of going from a child in church, to leaving my parents home and keeping the expectation of going to church by my own will as an adult.  St Michael’s instilled in me the want and need for the Anglican Church and it is why I have never stopped going!

St. Michael the Archangel

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in the day of battle; be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil.  May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust down to hell Satan and all wicked spirits, who wander through the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

“St Mike's means so much to me.  It changed  everything  about my life. And influenced my teenage into adulthood  years so much.  It gave  me a compass point to  follow and Godly friends  to set me back on course when I veered  off.  It's one week I look forward  to every single year  as a time of refreshment and renewal.   It fills your soul in a way that normal parish life can't  and inspires   hearts young and old to once again take up the cross keep the faith and follow on.”
